Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) can answer some basic and essential questions regarding apparel manufacturing and our services. Please make sure you check this page before contacting us.

What’s Your MOQ?

A.

It depends on the fabric MOQ. If you can use the same quality to make a different style to meet the fabric MOQ, we accept to make 300pcs/color/style. We are flexible men  clothing supplier. If there is stock fabric, 100pcs/color/style is OK for us, but with some surcharge.

Q.

How can I make sure my order is not delayed?

A.

We are always more than happy to give you an update on the status of your order. We believe that our customers should be aware of how their garment is being made, so we also give our customer a live broadcast of production on request. We will also inform you about any delays in the process of production if there are some issues, because all the garments are cut and sewn products with diversified options. There is a possibility of delay in arranging fabric that is particularly not a running fabric.

What if I want to add additional garments after I have already placed an order?

A.

You can add garments within three days after  placing your order. It all depends on the order type and how much time has passed. Once the period of adjustment has passed which is three days, we are unable to make quantity adjustments to your order.
