First, Profound Garment is a legally registered enterprise in China, with full business licenses, stable physical office premises, a standardized production and management system, and complete corporate records. We operate strictly in compliance with Chinese laws and regulations, with standardized internal management and full independent legal standing—we are by no means a shell company.

Second, we hold continuous third‑party certifications from TÜV, SGS, and CTI for multiple years. We can provide the certificates, and you’re welcome to verify them directly with the issuing bodies. We can also share a video of our company that has been verified by TÜV.

Case Study 1: ALE — UK Men’s Casual Apparel Brand

Alexander (Renamed) is a UK-based brand specializing in men’s casual apparel. ALE launches different products across spring, summer, autumn, and winter, mainly in a men’s casual style with some streetwear elements mixed in. For fabrics, they prefer loopback terry over 450 gsm and jersey at 300 gsm or above. They often use flat embroidery and towel embroidery for logo applications.

For fabrics, we first shortlist three options from 30 comparable fabrics based on the garment style and the brand’s mid-to-high-end positioning. We then discuss the fabric characteristics with the client and let the client make the final decision for their own styles.

For embroidery, we are experienced in flat embroidery, towel embroidery, appliqué embroidery, and 3D embroidery. We produce embroidered panels for client approval before starting bulk production.

Before production, we provide a pre-production sample for the client to approve in a unified review: fabric effect, fit and silhouette, embroidery effect, and so on. If any changes are needed, we are happy to make adjustments. They are very satisfied with our quality and delivery lead times, and they also give positive feedback on our team’s communication.

Case Study 2: MOT — UK Motorcycle Accessories Brand

Motone Customs (Renamed) is a UK-based brand. They started in motorcycle accessories, and many of their hardware products are mold-produced. With that engineering-driven, precision-focused mindset, they connected with us in 2024. MOT’s men’s apparel style is casual with a cool, edgy feel, with a focus on texture and consistency.

To achieve the fabric and trim texture and consistency the client wanted, we carefully select fabrics and custom trims through suppliers with whom we have stable partnerships. Before bulk production, we provide custom samples for the client to evaluate quality.

The client conducted strict abrasion and wash tests on the garment samples we made. In 2025, they placed their first order for 500 men’s casual jackets to test the market, and they also developed face mask products with us. The good news is that at the beginning of 2026, the client quickly repeated the exact same order for 500 jackets and also placed an order for 2,000 face masks.

With the client’s strong sales channels and strategies, combined with our strict control over product quality, we form a strong combination of advantages and grow together.

Are You A Manufacturer or A Trading Company?

We are a garment manufacturer, not a trading company. Founded in 2010 and located in Guangzhou, China, we have more than 16 years of experience in the apparel industry. Unlike traditional trading companies, we independently manage fabric sourcing and bulk production in-house, which enables stricter quality control and ensures stable, reliable finished-product quality.

Our factory covers 1,500 square meters. It is equipped with 2 cutting tables, 6 cutting machines, 70 sewing machines, 8 ironing machines, 8 inspection tables, 1 pattern machine, and other supporting equipment. We currently have more than 50 employees. At full capacity, our monthly shipment volume can reach 200,000 T-shirts or 100,000 hoodies/sweatshirts, depending on the style.

We have a professional merchandising and sales team that provides one-on-one follow-up throughout the entire process, from new product sampling to bulk shipment. Among clients who visit our factory, 75% ultimately choose to work with us because they have seen our real production capabilities and our team’s professionalism firsthand.

What Are Your Business Hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Beijing Time. The company operates on an alternating weekend schedule (one day off one week and two days off the next). On Saturdays, staff are on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Sundays are off. Statutory holidays are observed in accordance with the national holiday schedule.

Patient and efficient troubleshooting and Q&A support are a hallmark of our team’s service. During business hours, regular inquiries receive a response within 24 hours. Outside business hours, our team also checks messages and emails when possible, and urgent matters are prioritized. If your matter is urgent, you are also welcome to call our service hotline. We are always patient and efficient, and committed to resolving your issues in a timely manner.

Where is Your Company Located?

What’s Your MOQ?

It depends on the fabric MOQ. If you can use the same quality to make a different style to meet the fabric MOQ, we accept to make 300pcs/color/style. We are flexible men clothing supplier. If there is stock fabric, 100pcs/color/style is OK for us, but with some surcharge.

Do you send proofs prior to apparel production?

Yes, you will always receive a proof of your order from Profound Garment before it is put into production. We do not print, embroider, sublimate, or create anything without your express or written approval. We try to show pictures as you want until you are satisfied and give us a go ahead with the production.

Therefore, please kindly review your proofs carefully and approve your order summary within 24 hours of your payment. Look over all at the information mentioned within the proof, carefully review the images, and request changes with anything you are not pleased with. And if you need changes made in your garments, immediately let us know upon the order receipt of your proof within 24 hours.

If you do not need any changes to your proof, then reply to the email and let us know that you approve your proof for production. We do not move forward with production order until we have received written approval of a proof from our client.

Can you do rush orders?

Yes, we do provide the service of rush order. Just indicate that your production order should be rushed when you order . Because, if you have submitted an order and then ask for it to be rushed, there is a chance our schedule of production will not allow us to fulfill your order as requested on the rushed time. There is a rush fees which is calculated by the day.

How can I make sure my order is not delayed?

We are always more than happy to give you an update on the status of your order. We believe that our customers should be aware of how their garment is being made, so we also give our customer a live broadcast of production on request. We will also inform you about any delays in the process of production if there are some issues, because all the garments are cut and sewn products with diversified options. There is a possibility of delay in arranging fabric that is particularly not a running fabric.

What if I want to add additional garments after I have already placed an order?

You can add garments within three days after placing your order. It all depends on the order type and how much time has passed. Once the period of adjustment has passed which is three days, we are unable to make quantity adjustments to your order.

How To Get a Sample?

Profound Garment creates the first pattern and pre-production sample upon the committing to a production order. The first pattern is free of charge with production orders meeting our MOQ. It is an initial upfront charge, and is later rebated or applied to your production order. However: free pre-production samples cannot be created until we have received the production order deposit.

While we can technically produce a finished sample for any garment, the cost of a sample can be prohibitively expensive in small orders. In small run orders, it is simply not cost effective to request a sample. If you want a sample no matter what, please be aware of the cost.

Sample development turnaround time ?

One of the most common question is, how long it takes to develop my line.

Product Development can vary depending on how ready you are and how much information you bring to us. The best practice to increase speed and efficiency is to know exactly styles you will be producing, full information about each style.

Below is some blot point to increase efficiency and speed of product development .

Please Note: it is always a good practice to leave yourself with at least 60 days for product development .

What format do you want my artwork in?

We get this question a lot. Ideally we’d like what is called vector artwork, which is artwork originally created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Photoshop files work as well but certain filters can be a hindrance and if the graphic isn’t size correctly, since it’s a raster program there can be issues with sizing. Ideal formats will be .ai, .eps, and .cdr. We often tell people who aren’t sure to send over a PDF file if they have one of those because typically they’ve had business cards made, brochures, etc, and that format can work as well depending on it’s origin.

People do provide raster formats such as jpegs and bitmaps, depending on the resolution and complexity of the print they can work but they aren’t ideal.

If there is an issue with your artwork we will let you know and give you options for correcting it.

If I have a hand drawn image can you use that?

It depends, ideally we need vector artwork which is a scalable graphic with the ability to be color separated. When something is hand drawn it tends to lose resolution as it’s scanned into a computer and then sent via email. While there isn’t a perfect answer one thing we tell people is to send us the graphic in question and we can give you an answer once we see what we are working with.

Who Do You Use For Delivery?

The cost of shipment would depend mostly on your ordering quantity and the product type, the prices we quote are inclusive of shipment and hence when you send us the designs for a quote, we would be able to give you an actually cost inclusive of everything.

We send most of our samples by DHL express. We work with various freight agents that offer flexibility for the delivery method of your bulk order. Most items are sent by sea or air freight.

Can I decide my own shipping method?

Profound lets customers decide what shipping method and shipping representative.

Can I customize the packaging I need?

Profound supports customers to customize or use their own packaging styles and packaging methods.

What are your hours and days of operation?

Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, Eastern Time.

Saturday 9AM to 12AM Eastern Standard time.

Can we meet to discuss my project?

Yes! But before we can setup a meeting with one of our representatives, we will need you send us all information pertaining to your project for review.

How long does it take to get back to me regarding a quote or other contact?

With latest communication application, like WhatsApp, you are always connected to your Relationship manager here at Profound Garment. A dedicated Relationship Manager is assigned to you, who is responsible to work with you from design to delivery of your garments. We try to make the communication as effective and timely as possible like within 24 hours excluding weekends, holidays, and other closures.

Is your website apparel catalog all you have?

The website list is not our complete selection of customized apparel products. Cut and Sew Apparel has partnered with several apparel suppliers, we have access to numerous type of products and materials. If you do not see what you want, please let us know and we will arrange it according to your order. We manufacture high quality customized products exactly according to our client’s specifications.

Does Profound Garment share my personal information with anyone else?

Absolutely not, we do not share your personal information with anyone else. Your personal information will never be sold, given, or otherwise transmitted to a third party. We are fully committed to protect your privacy. However, we are legally bound to reveal information, including personal information of our clients, if the law enforces it.

Can you e-mail me, contact me, or otherwise get in touch with me regarding a clothing piece I am interested in creating?

Yes. But before talking to you, we want you to send us the basic information about your order to save time. For example, if you are interested in Cut and Sew Manufacturing, speaking with a representative before submitting your information like CAD, mock-up, and/or tech-pack is essentially pointless.

We need a lot of information to answer any questions you may have. It may seem like a broad, easily-answered question to you but it actually hinge on several factors, depending on the service you choose.

We can gather the specific, relevant information about your product, your garment, and your project, and give you one accurate and right answer hand-tailored to your piece, situation, and finances.

Do you have any garment quality policy?

Yes, we are proud to introduce our policy of 100% quality guarantee for all our products. We offer 100% quality assurance and not a single piece is going to be defective. If you order 100 pieces, you will get 100 pieces which are accurate as per your description. Our 100% quality guarantee policy includes:
